What Causes Orange/pink Colored Mucus With Voice Change?

Hello , I have a cold started 4 days ago with runny nose and pain , at first night the pain became to my left eye and chaw and the next day my voice changed, I m now better but there are some strange symptoms in my nose mucuses they are either orange color or pink color. is this serious and should i attend a doctor?
