What Causes Orange Spot On The Bottom Of Foot?

I have this brown almost orange spot on bottom of foot, i just noticed it but its only been there a few days. I just started a new job a few weeks ago like 3. I stand a lot and never get a break. My feet hurt and the spots are sore. Is this normal, & how do i get rid of them? Is this bad am i gonna be ok? Should i go to the dr? And im not exposed to chemicals at work I work at fast food
