What Causes Orange Vaginal Discharge During Urination?

my period usually doesnt happen til the very end of the month to the first week of a month, the periods never last longer than 3days since ive had my last child. well its the middle of the month and i went to pee and a orangeish color blood or fluid of some kind came out, what could this be?
