What Causes Orangey Yellow Stain On Hands?

so today I noticed that I had a orangey-yellow stain on my right hand and another on my left hand, I hadn t eaten anything that would stain my hands like that, I hadn t touched anything that could leave a stain on my hands either so I was wondering if you might know what it is?
