What Causes Our Odor After Taking Lo Loestrin Fe?

I have been taking lo loestin fe and have recently in the last couple days realized a bit of a sour odor, could this be from the birth control? Also, I am prescribed adderall and a lot of times do not drink enough water throughout the day. Does this sound like a side effect?
