What Causes Outbreak Of Hives In Different Parts Of The Body?

i have a bad rash on my body all over in different areas the back arms neck legs i think its hives.. i just wana know how to relieve the itching and get rid of the hives and wat might of triggered it ?? i just started smoking maybe there is a chemical im allergic to???
