What Causes Ovarian Cyst Rupture, Inconsolable Crying, Bloating And Dull Abdominal Pain?

I have PCOS and i had an ovarian cyst rupture for the first time last week. My gynecologist said that there s really nothing that can be done right now and to follow up in 6 weeks. My emotions (crying inconsolably for no reason)and physical symptoms(Major bloating and dull abdominal ache radiating to the top of my legs)are out of control...is there ANYTHING, either medically or naturally, that I can do?
