What Causes Ovarian Pain And Brownish Discharge From Nipples?

I am 41 and I have been having pain by my right ovary it goes from front to back. I have cysts that will burst from and I use mirana as birth control and to help with my period. I very seldom have a period but the last 2 weeks have had spotting ( a very dried spotting),headaches, and now there is a brownish colored secretion coming from my nipples. Is this something normal or should I be worried.
