What Causes Ovarian Pain While Urinating?

hi ive been experiencing ovary pain when i urinate for 2days now and have had severe pain wish feel like labour pain in my lower abdomen, i have been passing small clots since last night, i am not due for my period for 2weeks and had a baby 8months ago. thank you for taking the time to help. what could be causing this???
