What Causes Ovarian Pain With History Of Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy that was complicated due to severe abcess in my cervix they removed a fibroid on my left ovary which was also removed as well as my Fallopian tube. Today I am having pain on what would be my left ovary and Fallopian tube. Would this be a possible reoccurrence of another infection? My surgery was 7Hrs long.
