What Causes Ovary, Abdominal And Back Pain With A Vaginal Discharge?

hi, i am 30 yrs. old and recentely started having pain on my right ovary, so i thought. now it feels like my whole right abdominal side with lower back pain. it's let up today but now i'm having light brown discharge. i do have an appt. with the gyn. on wed. but still i am very nervous. i thought it might be a cyst any thoughts?
