What Causes Ovary Pain, Missing Periods And Vomiting?

I am 16 and i have been having these pains near my ovaries my doctor say it a cyst and it will go away well it hasnt it just make me so sick to were i cant eat anything if i do ill throw it back up i also dont have periods four like four or five months
