What Causes Overheating Of Body While Having Gastric Paresis And Reactive Hypoglycemia?

My brother has gastric paresis, reactive hypoglycemia and the strangest thing, severe overheating when he eats or even drinks water. He has to pack ice packs around him just to feel comfortable. He also has very, very low testosterone levels and has to inject testosterone twice a month. Could that be causing the overheating?
