What Causes Overstimulation Of Clitoris?

My clitoris and the region around it feel overstimulated; not necessarily painful, just like they're going to explode or something, and it makes me feel very nervous. My whole body feels shaky and weak, my forehead feels numb and warm and I feel horrible. What is this?
