What Causes Ovulation Twice In A Cycle Post Prozac Intake?

Can adderal and prozac alter your period. I called my doctor today. I have been really emotional lately. I could just be stressing myself out but abut 3 weeks ago I realized I was ovulating twice in one cycle...?. I looked back at my calender and my last period started 1/27/15. I wasn t careful when i normally would be because I didn t realize I had skipped a period and was ovulating again. I took a plan b though and have sense taken two pregnancy tests that were negative. It s March 22nd and still no period. I m starting to become very worried. I am prescribed these meds and I take less then is prescribed to me but I know they are still heavy medications and I m worried they could be causing a false Negative and or hurt my baby. I am also worried they may be messing up my hormones very badly because I had signs of ovulation for two plus weeks than a day of spotting and than nothing.
