What Causes Pain Above Breast/under Arm After Having Endometrial Ablation And Thyroidectomy?

I've been having sharp pains above my left breast and under my arm pitts with a tngly feeling....but right above my breast is constant...sometimes worse then others...i recently went through two surgeries one was and Endometrial Ablation and then a thyroidectomy... my left arm also feels likeits falling sort of asleep ... is this something i should be concerned enough to go to the emergency?
