What Causes Pain After IUI?

Hi,
I got an IUI performed on 26th and 28th Feb before which I was on Letroz for 5 days. I have been given 2 HUCOG HP 2000 IU shots on 1/3/2011 and 3/3/2011 and have been taking 400mg of dubagest since 1/3/2011 (till 12/3/2011).
I am getting period pain for the past 3 days and am unsure why that is happening.
Please advise.
