What Causes Pain After Eating Fried Foods & Dairy Products?

I have been having pain after I eat especially fried food and dairy products

My DR. had my gallbladder check and everything was normal.

Also I have pain on my right side between my ribs and hip bone.

I use to relive the pain when I laid on my right side which no longer work.

I'm very tender and it really hurts to cough in the area of the right ovaries or appendix is located.
