What Causes Pain After Treating An Avulsion Fracture Of Medial Epocondyle?

Last year I had an avulsion fracture of my medial epocondyle i believe it was called due to baseball. I didnt need surgery and have full range of motion, but when i pitch this year i feel a soreness almost pain on my bicep close to the fold of my arm and on the inside right before the elbow. No pain in the spot i injured last year but i want to know if its my body getting use to throwing and stressing a different part of my arm for the first time and just needing to strengthen it or if i actually have something wrong.
