What Causes Pain After Using A Rest Room?

hi, i'm 20 years old. a few days ago i started getting a pain after using the restroom i thought it was probably just a rash, but later i was taking a shower and i felt a bulge between my anus and vagina. i'm not a fan of doctor's and i want to know if it can turn out to be something worst?
