What Causes Pain All Over The Body?

Hello, I am trying to find out what has been going on with me. I have seen several doctors and no one has done anything to help me. I started out with bad sharp pains, tingling, and numbness in my right writs, hand, and shoulder. I now have the same thing in my back, and now my left wrist, and hand.
