What Causes Pain Along With Burning Sensation In Chest Radiating To Intestine?

I have pain that burns and builds then subsides in my abdomen starts just between my breasts then goes down to my intestines. If I go to the bathroom it hurts slightly. I can t seem to pass gas.i also get chills. The pain gets very intense.my gallbladder is out and so r appendix,and had an operation for twisted bowel
