What Causes Pain Along With Sweating Around The Neck?

Hi, i am a 44 year old man . I am having neck sweats at night . The neck sweats are not drenching . I have pain in my neck especially the left side and in both my ears as well. I also have a headache to the left side of my head. This all was preceded by itching on my scalp especially the back of my head. It was just itching without any sores or rash. I was given ketopine shampoo to stop the itching. Sometimes the itching just flares up. I don t know if the night sweats are a result of these symptoms.
