What Causes Pain And Bleeding After Intercourse?

hello doctor, i am 24 year. last month march 9th i used cu t, my problem is while inserted it starts bleeding til 10 days and stopped, after 2 days it again started little bit. now april mnth also the same prblm. my blood pressur got lowered, i dnt no wat 2 do now. pls say any solution
