What Causes Pain And Bleeding During/after Sex While Having Fibroid?

i been having problems - bleeding sometimes after sex , sometimes pain during sex and cramping and spotting in about the 15 to 17 day of my cycle. i do have a fibroid -the doc done an ultr sound and couldnt see whether i had a cyst on my right ovary even if it was my ovary at all and when she felt with her fingers -she felt something in my cervix actually stretchin out my cervix. now she is sending me to get a better view of what is there. any comments or possible explainations would be appreciated. she did say i would prob need a complete hysterectomy
