What Causes Pain And Bleeding In Penis During Intercourse?

I am 22 about 6feet and around 160 pounds recently during sex I went to put in my penis inside of my wife's vagina and as it went deeper I felt a jolt of pain and I quickly puller it out and the part right under the head began bleadibg its stopped and it looks healthier but when we went to try it again kit began hurting. What can I do? Its been over 2 months
