What Causes Pain And Bloating In Stomach?

my partner gets bloating,he gos to the toilet for a bowel movement which is ok after his stomache is painful and hes nauseas.sometimes iv taken him to the hospital in such pain they eventully give him morphine for the pain,hes had test for a lot of different things,hes been going through since hes twentys all he gets told is he has hemp syndrome.it normally comes and go s every couple of months,he hadn t had a bout for a while but is currently having it for the last 3wks.hes 49,smokes pot 20g aday or more,given up cigs 10yrs ago,hes good weight for height trys to be active wen can,i have 8yr old.
