What Causes Pain And Bruising On Breasts After Stopping Breastfeeding?

i just recently stopped breast feeding on thursday but yesterday the pain was unbearable so i had to pump and i have been keeping ice packs on. It is only on the right breast which is the one i tended to use most, this morning i woke up and found 4 what looks to be bruises. and it is painful at the top of my breast, could be a clogged duct, what do i do and is the bruising a sign of anything?
