What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Forearm?

hello doctor, i am having a pain in the forearm and a burning sensation over the skin,just a part of the skin, whenever i stretch my arm, i feel as if it is pinched, after alot of research i came to know that it is possibility of Paresthesia..please help how to treat it. thanks
