What Causes Pain And Buzzing In Ears After Spinal Surgery?

Please type your query here...i had acd with fusion and cage 8 weeks ago . 4 weeks after surgery i had tingling at the back of my head also have been having problems with my ears been to spinal clinic and they did an x ray which confirmed all was ok with sugery. however ear problem continues dr said no infection middle ear or ear canal . i have buzzing and some pain at times lots of crackling and a feeling of fulness i have been given amoxcillin and sudafed anf feel very anxiouse which i dont think helps matters i am worried that it could be damage from my surgery.
