What Causes Pain And Clitoris Whitening After Intercourse?

My wife and I had sex the other day, but this morning she couldn't sit, bend, or stand for long periods of time without a lot of pain. she had me look, and her clitoris is white, kinda looks like fat-as if you had cooked a steak and then refrigerated it over night. She has never had a yeast infection, but it is not runny, or mucus-like. the whole clit itself is white. can anyone help?
