What Causes Pain And Cramps After An Abortion?

SO I have been on my period since Sunday and it's my second after my abortion. The pain I am experiencing is abnormal to me. It hurts worse than it did after my abortion. I am very exhausted for no reason and am experiencing abnormal pain. All under my ribcage and lower. I am cramping all in my legs and everything. I have also been bleeding strangely as well. It will stop out of no where and then start back really heavy with abnormally large blood clots. It's been really hard to move around because of all the pain.I don't understand why its been so bad. I've been feeling nauseated because of all the pain and trying to walk around makes me cramp really hard under my ribcage making it hard to move.
