What Causes Pain And Cramps In Pelvic Region?

I am a 23 yr old female. Height 5'6". Weight 120.
So the other night I very suddenly became queezy. My stomach felt raw. That very quickly turned to pains and cramping in my pelvic area. It felt like something was being tied in a knot. I felt cold. The next day the right side of my pelvic area was crampy and very tender all day. Today it still feels very tender in an area on my right side. And twice now I have urinated black particals or dots. What's wrong with me
