What Causes Pain And Cuts On Penis Skin?

Hi, i had an ache on the skin of my penis for 2 days and the next morning i woke up with some cuts on that location. i thought i hav some infection so i applied savlon on it(undiluted). now its much worse, the skin is swollen, my penis tip is puckered, and it is really burning all over there. i cant even sleep with this pain. what do i do?
