What Causes Pain And Discomfort Due To Unevenness Of Testicle?

I ve noticed a few changes in my testicals recently. One seems to sit a lot lower than it ever did and the other seems to sit higher , and even on a different angle a lot of the time. No pain/discomfort but they definitely look and sit a lot differently than they used to. I m 28 eat healthy , exercise regularly
