What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Left Armpit,chest And Left Clavicle?

For the past few weeks I have had pain in my back on the upper left side by my shoulder, and recently the pain has moved down under my left armpit and down my entire arm. Also recently been have discomfort in upper chest near left clavicle. What might be causing this?
