What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Stomach Along With Nosebleed?

Hello my grandmother has been feeling sick lately. She says that she feels discomfort and pain in her stomach and that she throws up salty water. And she also has nose bleeds and gets tired a lot and takes many naps throughout the day. Please help, tell me what may be wrong with her. She doesn t want to go to a doctor, so I m trying to find information for her.
