What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Upper Quadrant Of Abdomen?

I have rt upper quadrant pain more so of a moderate discomfort that comes on rather inconspicuously anddoes not follow a pattern but i have noticed that the onset occurs status post a meal with a high fatty content. I am 67 years old and hispanic, married, 3 grown daughters, very active and I eat a pretty well balanced diet so not sure what it could be and should i worry
