What Causes Pain And Echo In Ear After Suffering A Head Injury?

i had 2 grandmal seizures on saturday, on the 2nd one i gained a head injury i hit the left side of my head quite hard and also cut my head open by my eyebrow had to have 7 stitches, since then aswell as the tenderness all over the left side of my head my left ear has been killing me and i have had an echo also in my left ear, could i have damaged my ear internally?
