What Causes Pain And Feel Of Hard Lump In Left Thigh?

Hi doc, I have had this pain on my inner left thigh for about a few months now... at first I thought it was a non visible bruise but it hasn t gone away...it hurts a little when I touch it and if I touch it hard enough I feel a hard lump....I m a 22 year old male and would really appreciate the feed back
