What Causes Pain And Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge After Removal Of An Ovarian Cyst?

i am 17 years old and i just had a surgery to remove a cyst on my ovary a few weeks ago, and not i am hurting more then before i got it and am having really gross brown smelly discharge and am cramping so bad i feel like crying. i also have fevers of 99.2 to 103. my mother just tells me to take midol and to sleep but its not working, what should u do? im in a lot of pain.
