What Causes Pain And Inflammation On Back During Mornings?

I have a pain in my side going around to my back that feels like everything is inflamed it comes and goes with most of the pain occuring upon rising in the morning. It will worsen before it eases off, usually after taking Tylenol. Sometime both sides are affected. Usually starts in the left side goes around to the back.I am female 55 yrs. I have had a hysterectomy, appendectomy, scar tissue removed in the past.
