What Causes Pain And Itching In Breast With Cramps And Back Ache?

hi, am currently have some weird symphony for the last four weeks, Breast hurt and so itchy going the restroom every 2-5mins in every hour my last period was one day very light like didn t even have it but have not took a tested unsure if should take one, my period should be here in next two days everytinr before I get back pains and cramps always never without the period my. periods and I have no had my normal cramps and back pains. what would you suggest to do
