What Causes Pain And Itching In Eyes?

My daughter was finishing her homework and then went to take a shower and noticed that one of her pupils was larger than the other. She also says her eye hurts, itches, and burns. She also has a headache. No accidents or trauma to the head or eye. She is allergic to cat and dog dander, dust mites, horse, mountian cedar and dust. Do I need to take her to the ED.
