What Causes Pain And Lump Growing In Left Breast?

I have a few pressing issues. First. I have pain in the left pectoral/breast and it has noticable growth compared to the right side. I also have two moles growing rapidly in the left arm pit. Are these two things related, what should I do? I recently lost my job and don't have medical insurance coverage.
