What Causes Pain And Lump In The Breast?

hello, I have been currently seeking medical help though they do not seem interested in actually looking into the problem. last august i noticed a lump in my breast it was never sore and now it is as of february something felt as though it exploded according to my friend who has felt this she figures it was an ovarian cyst burst i could not move or anything it was horrific pain. the doctor assumed it was a miss carriage and blood tests and urine test came back i was never pregnant and i only had a bladder infection and no further investigation was done so i took the medication that had been perscribed though now a month and a half 2 months later i am suffering from swollen lymph nodes in my left portion of my groin abdominal and pelvic pressure and swelling as well as irregular bleeding. my menstural cycle ended 2 tuesdays ago though not this past friday the one before it i started to bleed again and have been inspurts through out the day for 9 days now. i am at a loss since no one is willing to even look at the swelling at the doctors office. my bms have changed and my average resting heart rate seems to be allways pounding between 100-130bmp. i am a 22 f who has no family history due to mother being adopted and not knowing my birth father. oh and the lump in my breast was determind fibroid and is not causing me pain and symptoms of tos in my left shoulder.
