What Causes Pain And Numbness In Lower Part Of Neck?

I have had a lite pain an numnes from the lower part of my neck on my lefr side and my arm too. And my fingers and tingling. A little headache. Clinching of my jaw. Oh and my hand is shakes when I use it. I feel like my heart rate is a little fast or beating harder. Can t really tell witch. Light headed an week. Is this something to worry about
