What Causes Pain And Passing Of Dark Stool Soon After Taking Adipex For Weight Loss?

Hello! I have recently been having odd bathroom issues. I the beginning my butt would hurt, be itchy and when I would wipe there would be bright red blood on the toilet paper. Also, when I would go to the bathroom it would be very painful. I went to my gyno to get my yearly and she also checked my behind and said I have a hemorrhoid. Since then I have started to check my stools when I would be done going to the bathroom. I checked them a few days ago and noticed that my stools as a whole are a regular color, light brown, but there would be a darker brown color in some spots in my stools. Also my stools seem to be narrower. Lately, I haven t noticed any blood on the toilet paper or in the toilet just the darker spots in my stool. I would also like to point out that the beginning of December I have been being prescribed Adapex for weight loss. Which I have also lost about 30 lbs since then and I do not know if this could have something to do with it. Any information would be helpful! Thank you!
