What Causes Pain And Pressure In Bladder Post Tubal Ligation?

I gave birth 3 weeks ago, after I had a tubal ligation.. I went home and was fine, I haven t had any pain until yesterday..my abdomen feels like I just had the tl done..it hurts when I sit, and I m not feeling the sensation of having to urinate, and when I go to the bathroom I feel a lot of pressure and pain. Is this something to worry about?
