What Causes Pain And Pressure In Chest Area Plus Lumps In Stomach?

It feels as though something is pushing or pulsating from behind my left rib. It is not painful but irritating. I also have several bean shaped lumps in stomach between ribs and also lower.sometimes sore.when I was leaning on something the next day it looked like small round bruises everywhere...at least 30 of them.
